1. Service Description
Dina provides communication, booking, and operational automation tools for aesthetic service operators. Features may include lead intake, AI-generated reply suggestions, booking link workflows, deposits, and retention workflows.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account access, and ensuring all use of the service complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and professional obligations. You are solely responsible for communications sent to your clients from your account.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Operators are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before sending them to clients. You remain fully responsible for final content, pricing statements, consent compliance, and service commitments made through your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid access is offered as a monthly subscription. New subscriptions include a 14-day trial. You may cancel at any time. After the trial period ends, fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Data Usage and Storage
We process and store account, conversation, booking, and related operational data to provide the service. We may use processors and infrastructure providers to host, transmit, and secure this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dina and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you during the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risks, abusive use, non-payment, or legal requirements. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limitations, survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
9. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Dina SMS
Program description: The Dina SMS program enables aesthetic service providers to send and receive text messages with their clients regarding their appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and retention messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on client and provider activity.
Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply.
Support: For help, reply HELP for support, or contact hello@meetdina.app.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that provider's number through the Dina platform.
Consent: SMS messages are sent only to clients who have provided consent — either by checking the SMS consent checkbox in the booking flow, or by initiating SMS contact with the provider's business number. Consent timestamps and the exact opt-in language are preserved in our internal audit log.
